Cancellation Policy (Non-Peak Days)
- 20 days before arrival: 30% refund of the booking amount.
- 10 days before arrival: 15% refund of the booking amount.
- Within 10 days of arrival: No refund.
Cancellation Policy (Peak Days)
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made on Peak Days.
- Peak Days include major bathing days as detailed on our website. These dates are in high demand, and cancellations during this period are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Important Guidelines for Peak Days
- Booking Recommendations: To avoid travel disruptions, visitors are advised to book accommodations at least one day before and one day after the peak bathing days.
- Traffic Restrictions: There are significant traffic restrictions around peak bathing days, and following this recommendation ensures a smoother arrival experience and helps with timely check-in.
Peak Day Slots
Below are the designated Peak Day Slots for this season. Please note that cancellations on these dates are not refundable.
- January: 12th – 16th, 28th – 31st
- February: 2nd – 5th, 11th – 14th, 25th – 28th
- March: 12th – 15th
